Is this the same as pressure washing?
Not quite. Ordinary pressure washing relies on high-pressure water, which can strip paint, etch concrete, force water behind siding and EIFS, and ruin shingles. We use professional low-pressure soft washing: the right environmentally safe detergents do the work, so the dirt, algae, and mildew come off without damaging your property. It's safer, the results last longer, and it's how we've cleaned everything from homes to hospitals since 1994. On hard surfaces like concrete, we match the method to the surface and the stain, using heated water when the job calls for it.
